Downtown Corner Homeowners Association (DCHOA)
The DCHOA is the governing body of Downtown Corner Estate (that’s right, we run the show). Registered as company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission of South Africa, the DCHOA makes sure things don’t descend into chaos—like when your neighbor’s Christmas lights start flickering in March.
Our primary goal? Keeping everyone happy (or at least pretending to). From ensuring the estate rules are followed to organizing community events, we’re your go-to crew for all things Downtown Corner.
DCHOA Management Team: The Decision-Making Squad
This team is like the Avengers of estate management. They may not have capes, but they sure can make things happen. From making sure the grass is cut just right to keeping disputes neighborly, these are the folks to thank (or blame).

Security Management: The Guardians of the Corner
Sleep soundly knowing our Security Management team is on the case. They’re the first line of defense against anything remotely suspicious (and probably a few things that aren’t). Whether it’s keeping the gates secure or making sure no one’s parking like it’s the Wild West, they’ve got your back.
